night was progressing well and we had managed to hang on to our £7
and not drink too much. We had already consumed a fair amount before
we had left the house so we had a good chance of making it to the end
of the night without mugging little old ladies or breaking into shops
or what have you. Did we do it? You'll see... |

Bored Batman... Don't ask me why, but I had the feeling that batman was a little bored with the little civic. He was happy in the Walkabout dancing to a bit of cheese and a bit of R & B, but in here, the music was not to his liking. We decided to move on...

The Cobra... Whilst at Thames Valley University, a girl called Colette Callus spotted me pulling this face and decided this particular pose would be forever known as 'The Cobra'. Small people... Politically correct? Me? Bugger that. They are small. Actually, I'm wwrong again. It just so happens that emma and danielle are over 7 feet tall.

We finally leave... Batman's boredness had consumed him and we thought we'd relieve his pain by going somewhere else. Emma posed for a quick picture and by the time we had taken it, Danielle and Batman had left. Had they gone off to make out? Had they been arrested by the fashion police? Were aliens lurking and had taken them to experiment. We did not know. All we knew was that our £7 remained intact and that we had a few choices to make. Should we continue drinking and walk home or should we get a taxi. Maybe we should look for the lost couple... |

Famous toilets... The only danger with letting somebody else carry your camera is when they start taking pictures without your knowing. Emma got to work in the toilets at the Cuban Exchange. This is not the first time she has done this - see 'School Reunion' from last month.

The obligitary bouncer shot... This photo has been done before on the school reunion night. We had made the decision to save our £7 and not have a drink so we just 'hung' with the bouncers instead.

Free Food... I would like to personally thank the people at Turkish Delight in Chapel Ash for their kind donation of cut-price end-of-night snacks. We wandered into Turkish Delight to get some food and then walk home (£7 wouldn't pay for both). Food was the obvious choice because we had only eaten a bacon sandwich all day. If you don't believe me, ask Emma - she monitored my eating habits all day. Seriously though, if you ever need a kebab, chips, burger etc, go into Turkish Delight in Chapel Ash - it's the best. |

The best food ever... The only reason we got a discount on the food was because a) I'm a good salesman and b) I've been going into Turkish Delight for about 10yrs. I've invested enough kebab and burger money into that place in order for them to be able to set up another 500 Turkish Delights. Due to the fact we got charged a couple of quid, we could get the taxi back. Bonus. We did, and this is me with our prize winning food.

Ring of Fire... We had both opted for burger and chips and I chose to hav mine embellished with hot chilli sauce. Needless to say, my guts weren't up to it when I woke up this morning. Oh well. We had survived the night on £30 - quite good considering we were drinking vodka all night. We could have got about 15 pints with that much. Until next time... |
