Steve - The Boss

The boss. Part Owner and head chef at Brewski's where I work. He loves a bit of karaoke elvis-style and also the, ahem, odd drink. A good all-round bloke and boss. New years eve was a night I particularly remember when I saw steve absolutely wasted and still drinking!

Louise - The Manager

Probably the best boss I have had ever! Lou is the bar manager and overlooks pretty much everything that goes on in Brewski's bar. Lou also likes to drink and can knock a few back before the night's up! As a boss, she is kind but firm and she makes sure everything is in order although she does have a habit of losing things daily - well, when I say lose, it's more 'misplaced' - especially her keys. Her favourite phrase is 'where's my...'

Rob - The Barman

My partner in crime. Rob works behind the bar with me and is co-founder of 'lads night out'(see 'drunk' section). He drinks way too much and ends up shouting his favourite phrase 'bone me' to all the girls, to which none of them comply. Rob is a skier but is currently looking into snowboarding as a change in direction.

Sarah - The Barmaid

An aussie chick. Witty, dirty and disgusting. I love it. Sarah and I get on great as we have a very similar personality. She is well-travelled and is a bit of a snowboarder. We may get married one day, but I may be in the shit as I've already asked every girl here to marry me.

Rosie - The Barmaid

Oh my god I have never heard anybody talk so much! Rosie can put away a fair amount of booze - sometimes bottles of spirits at a time - and loves to party. She likes a good laugh and is always on the lookout for a nice bit of firm man-ass.

Alice - The Barmaid

Unfortunately, this is the only picture I've got with alice in it (she's the one on the right - sorry alice). Alice is a kiwi and is crazy when she has had a few! She could eat for New Zealand and loves her grub. She didn't arrive until a couple of weeks after we did but she has blended in well.

German Mike - The Chef

For some unknown reason, he is known as German Mike although he is the only Mike here as far as I know. Mike used to be in the Navy (hence the tatoos) and cooks the food for the restaurant and bar. We reckon he used to be a pornstar and has made many a movie (but he'd never admit it). He quit smoking on 1st Jan 2005 for about 10hrs and is a bit of a dab-hand at skiing.

Will - The Kitchen Bitch

As one of the kitchen bitches, will has to clean, scrub, stir and is sometimes allowed the pleasure of actually 'cooking'. Will got lucky pretty soon with a dutch bird and started off as leader in the 'who's been laid' leaderboard - as yet, me and will are level pegging.

Ben - The Kitchen Bitch

Another Kitchen Bitch and a good skier. Only 19yrs old and not quite old enough for lads night out, he can still pack away the drink. Ben is a good laugh and has partied as hard as the rest of us (who are now slowly starting to suffer)and is currently seeking his place on the leaderboard (watch this space.
