The Belleville challenge has a long and varied history. The first one this season took place in Dec 04 and unfortunately, I didn't take part because a) I couldn't ski and b) I was taking photos. This time around, however, it was different. Our team name was 'Team Debutante' (which roughly translates as 'crap/beginner/dead-cert-losers) and we entered. We knew we were going to be last but took part anyway!

The Rules:

1) To enter, you need a team of four people including a snowboarder and a female.

2) The team must finish all of the drinks without spillage.

3) The first team to complete the course, finish all of their drinks and not killed anybody on the way down wins.

So how does it work? Well, we all start off at the top with a beer. After drinking said beer, we run down the stairs to obtain our skis/boards. We then ski/board to the bottom, get the chairlift back up, ski down halfway to the next bar then drink another beer. We then head down to the next bar where we drink another beer, then ski down to Brewski's where we drink our final beer and find out if we won.

Team debutante was made up of myself, Mark and Lynn (from the Piano Bar) and Zane. We were sort of doomed to lose at the start as Zane and I were still on the terrace drinking whilst everyone had buggered off down the slope. Oh well. To cut a long story short, we rolled in about an hour after everyone else did. Anyway, enough talkin - click the link below to view the pics!
