Having worked for one month, 7 days a week, I decided it was time for a break. My other half (Sarah - see St. Martin) visited and we decided to go to Ronda. It's about 1.5hrs drive from Marbella and is home to Spain's first Bull Ring. The town is built over a 200ft gorge and there is a bridge dating back a couple of hundred years which connects the old and new town. Apparently, the designer of the bridge fell to his death just after completion whilst he was trying to sign his name on the side. Serves the bugger right - bleedin vandalist. The walk down to the bottom of the gorge was a must as I needed a photo. Unfortunately, we decided to do it in the afternoon heat while normal people were having a siesta. I nearly had a heart attack on the way up! Below are just a few select pictures...
