FAQs I can't add things to my cart and a message pops up about cookies, what do i do?
If you can't add things to your cart, you might need to enable the cookies on your computer. If you use Internet Explorer as your browser, go to 'Tools' on your toolbar - select 'Options' - click on the 'Privacy' tab -  move the scroll tab setting to 'Accept all Cookies'. You should now be able to add items to your cart.
 
If you use Firefox as your browser, go to 'Tools' on your toolbar - select 'Options' - click on the 'Privacy' icon - select the 'Accept cookies from sites' box - and finally select the dropdown below 'Keep until: They expire'. If you have any more problems please send us an email and we will we try to resolve the problem for you.   
 
Is my item an original?
Yes, all Bijou Flower pieces are one offs, making sure you stand out in a crowd.   
 
Does my item come with packaging?
Yes, all items come nicely presented, so are perfect to give as a present.
 
How long does an item take to arrive?
If it's not a custom made item, between 2 and 5 working days.
 
How long does it take for a custom made item to arrive?
Allow 21 days for sourcing the beads, production and postage.
 
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, but an extra postage charge is added.
 
Does the cost of an item include postage?
No, we're afraid that postage is a minimal extra charge. Please contact us should you like a quote for postage outside of the UK.   
 
Do you accept cheques?
Yes, if you would like to pay by cheque send Bijou Flower an email and we will post the item to you once the cheque has cleared.  
 
Do I have to be a member of Paypal to purchase an item?
No, you do not have to be a member of Paypal to pay. It is a safe way to make an online payment through a credit card / switch / debit.    
 
Can I return an item if I'm not happy?
Yes, all items are refundable if returned within 14 days in the same condition. Earrings are refundable and the earring hooks will be changed. We suggest you ask for proof of postage, just in case!
 
What happens if an item breaks? 
Although we have great confidence in the quality of our jewellery, if an item does break please contact Bijou Flower, and we will do our utmost to repair the item.
 
Can an item be altered?
Yes, as all items are hand made in-house, the length or colourings can be altered if desired. 
 
Can you make me something to match another item?
Yes, please visit our 'Made to Order' page, something can be made especially for you or a friend in the desired colours or design. 
 
Does Bijou Flower stock in shops?
No, not at present, but please contact Bijou Flower if you would like to become a stockist.
