I was born on the 1st of November 1977 in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England. I was christened Chad Gordon Higgins and so far, have led a pretty non-average life.

My parents liked to travel a lot. We had toured pretty much all of the UK by the time I had turned 10! We had also been abroad on many an occasion and I guess this is where I had the travelling bug 'tattooed' into my brain! I also started going to School. A dodgy grey uniform was the order of the day! My First official school was Lanesfield Primary and Junior. School dinners were, well, memorable...

School days eh? It's different for everyone. School was certainly different for me. I was always getting in trouble and was never doing what I was supposed to be doing. I found out some years later that I was Dyslexic and suffered from a very short attention span! Oh well. I also split up with my first true love in 1996 after 2 years of getting some 'proper' action. I was 19 and heart broken. Kids eh? Kids...

The years between 1997 and 2002 saw me finish one course and start another! In 1999 I decided to go to the London College of Music & Media (part of Thames Valley University) and take on a Music Degree. I spent some time doing the degree, and most of the time drinking or sleeping or getting addicted to Big Brother and watching it until they fell asleep.
In these years, I was still an active member of Wolverhampton Youth Orchestra and completed a few more mid-summer tours playing the Tuba. Oh, and I had a brief stint in Her Majesty's Armed Forces...

A strange couple of years for me. I graduated from Thames Valley University a bit undecided. Where next? A common question from graduates. Suddenly you find yourself in the 'real' world. What is the real world though? Do I go out, get a career, get a mortgage, get married then get kids? I've never been one to stand by the guidelines so to speak. After my Music degree, I spent another year in London messing about, DJing and basically avoiding the having to get a job routine. I turned 25 in November in 2002 and felt old for the first time in my life! As for getting a 'real' job and getting an 'average' life - I chose the opposite.
